North Pender Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw No. 235 was adopted on October 2, 2026.[1]
The bylaw amends the North Pender Island Official Community Plan, replacing the Development Permit Area Seven provisions for raptor nests with provisions for raptor and heron nests.[1]
The signing page records first reading on October 3, 2025, a public hearing and second and third readings on April 10, 2026, and approvals by the Islands Trust Executive Committee on May 6, 2026, and the Minister on July 24, 2026.[1]
